About
WHUT? is a long-standing underground crossover act forged in 2002. Known for a 'Chicago-style' blend of aggressive hardcore punk and thrash metal, the band has become a staple of the regional Midwest underground scene, frequently appearing alongside Milwaukee acts. Their sound is characterized by gritty, fast-paced riffs and socially conscious, aggressive vocals. Over their two-decade career, they have released several projects including their 2010 debut 'Laughing With The Sinners' and the 2022 full-length 'No Hope – No Soul' on Demon Head Records. The band is a DIY powerhouse, frequently touring the U.S. and maintaining a strong presence in the regional hardcore community.
