About
Wraith Knight is an epic dungeon synth and ambient fantasy project masterminded by Nick Superchi (also known as OldNick), a prominent figure in the underground extreme metal scene and a member of bands such as UADA and Cerebral Rot. Formed in 2022, the project explores heroic, cinematic high fantasy soundscapes inspired by the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, Robert E. Howard, and the artwork of Frank Frazetta. Wraith Knight gained recognition with its debut album, 'Deep in the Dungeons of the Dragonlord' (2022), and is scheduled to release a new full-length, 'Of Arcane Magic & Forbidden Knowledge: The Necromantical Passage,' in April 2026. The project is known for its atmospheric depth and medieval aesthetic, often presented through limited edition cassette releases and vinyl.
