Formed in early 2017, Wire and Nail is a high-octane Milwaukee-based band that blends the grit of outlaw country with the driving energy of classic American rock and roll. Often described as the 'soundtrack to a Saturday night in a Northwoods tavern,' the group has become a staple of the Wisconsin underground and festival scenes, frequently performing at local landmarks such as the Cactus Club, The Cooperage, and the Harley-Davidson Museum. The band is currently composed of Phil 'Dimes' Bregant (vocals/guitar), Tony 'Tex' Willems, Sam 'Bolo' Brunelli, and Cass 'Pablo' Borgardt. Their discography includes their 2017 self-titled debut EP, the 2019 EP 'Northwoods Rambler', and recent singles such as 'Devil in Angel Wings' (2024) and 'Good Love' (2026).
