The Morbs is a transatlantic garage gloom and noise rock project between Jasmin Folkesson (Stockholm) and Charlie DeVillers (Green Bay). The duo met through the band 7000 Apart. Their sound is influenced by Viagra Boys and Parquet Courts, characterized by a noisy, post-punk-leaning aesthetic. Their debut single 'Plague' was recorded remotely. The project is deeply embedded in the Wisconsin underground scene via DeVillers' involvement in regional acts like Modern Haunting.
