Teren Delvon Jones, better known by his stage name Del the Funky Homosapien, is an American rapper and producer. He began his career in the early 1990s as a member of his cousin Ice Cube's Da Lench Mob before establishing himself as a foundational figure in underground hip hop. He is a founding member of the Hieroglyphics collective and gained international mainstream recognition for his collaborations with Gorillaz, specifically the 2001 hit 'Clint Eastwood.' He is also one-third of the sci-fi hip hop supergroup Deltron 3030.
