Blood Vulture is an underground sludge metal and hardcore band hailing from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Formed in 2017, the group quickly established a presence in the regional heavy music scene with an abrasive sound characterized by down-tuned riffs, feedback-drenched atmospheres, and aggressive vocals. Their debut demo, 'Demonstrations', was released in 2018, followed by the critically recognized full-length album 'The Great Disconnect' in 2021. The band has been a frequent performer at Milwaukee staples such as X-Ray Arcade and Quarters Rock 'n' Roll Tavern, contributing to the city's legacy of DIY extreme music.
