About

Victor Buell IV is a Milwaukee-based musician, producer, and guitarist known for his solo electronic/synthwave project, VBIV, as well as his work in psych-rock bands like Astral Hand and Calliope. His solo work, which began with the 2015 EP 'Control', is characterized by hazy, retro-future soundscapes, neon-drenched synths, and reverb-heavy vocals. He is also an active member of the Milwaukee music scene, frequently performing and releasing music through local imprints.
