About
The Coral Reefer Band is the touring and recording ensemble of American singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett, formed in 1974. The band's name combines 'coral reefs,' reflecting Buffett's tropical-themed music, and 'reefer,' slang for marijuana. After Buffett's passing in September 2023, the band continues to perform his music, honoring his legacy.
