Spitalfield is an influential American rock band formed in 1998 in the suburbs of Chicago (Glen Ellyn). The band rose to prominence in the early 2000s after signing with Victory Records, releasing their breakthrough album 'Remember Right Now' in 2003, which was recorded at the legendary Smart Studios in Madison, Wisconsin. Known for their blend of melodic hooks and earnest lyrics, they became a staple of the mid-2000s emo and pop-punk scene, touring extensively with acts like Fall Out Boy and The Early November. After disbanding in 2007, the group reunited for various anniversary shows and officially returned to active status in 2022, releasing new music and touring for the 20th anniversary of their seminal works.
