About
she's green is a five-piece shoegaze and dream pop outfit originating from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Formed in 2022 by vocalist Zofia Smith and guitarist Liam Armstrong, who were roommates during the pandemic, the band's lineup is completed by Raines Lucas (guitar), Teddy Nordvold (bass), and Kevin Seebeck (drums). Self-describing their sound as 'moss music,' the band blends ethereal, floating vocals with dense, reverb-soaked instrumentals. They gained significant traction in the Midwestern DIY scene with their debut EP 'Wisteria' (2023) and followed it up with the single 'Graze' after signing to Photo Finish Records in 2025. They are a prominent figure in the broader Wisconsin and Illinois underground circuits, frequently performing at Milwaukee's Cactus Club and Madison's Atwood Music Hall.
