Sargeist is a Finnish black metal band formed in 1999. Initially a solo project by Shatraug of Horna, the band has evolved over the years, maintaining a lineup that includes Shatraug on guitar and vocals, VJS on guitar, Abysmal on bass, Gruft on drums, and Profundus on vocals. Their music delves into themes of Satanism, anti-Christian blasphemy, darkness, depression, misanthropy, and hate.
