About
Racetraitor is an influential American political hardcore punk and metalcore band formed in 1996. Known for their radical sociopolitical stance on racial politics, systemic racism, and white privilege, the band gained notoriety in the late 90s for their confrontational approach before releasing their debut album, 'Burn the Idol of the White Messiah' (1998). After disbanding in 1999, the group reunited in 2016 and has continued to release music and perform, maintaining their focus on anti-fascist and anti-racist themes.
