METHOD
About
Method was a hardcore punk band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, active in the mid-1990s. The band was known for its straight edge stance, promoting a lifestyle free from alcohol and drugs. Members of Method were also involved in other notable bands within the hardcore scene, including Cynical Soul, Casteahead, 7 Angels 7 Plagues, and Killtheslavemaster. The band's vocalist, James Pfeifer, earned the nickname "Survivor" after riding a bike across state lines to attend a hardline gathering. Method released a self-titled CD EP in 1996 and a 7-inch record in 1997, both under the "Not On Label" imprint. Their music was characterized by aggressive guitar riffs and intense vocals, typical of the hardcore punk genre.
