Magic Sword

About

Magic Sword is an American electronic trio from Boise, Idaho, known for their enigmatic performances where they don cloaks and masks to conceal their identities. The band consists of The Keeper (red, keyboard, audio-visual), The Seer (blue, guitar), and The Weaver (yellow, drums). Their  music is characterized by a blend of synthwave and electronic elements, often accompanied by a narrative involving a magical  sword and a battle between light and darkness. Since their formation in 2013, Magic Sword has released several albums, including "Magic Sword Vol. 1" (2013), "Awakening" (2019), and "Endless" (2020), each accompanied by a comic book that expands on their fictional storyline. They have also contributed tracks to video game soundtracks, such as "In The Face of Evil" and "The Way Home" in "Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number," and "In The Face of Evil" in the official trailer for "Thor: Ragnarok." The band remains active, with upcoming performances scheduled in 2026.
