About
Luxury is an American indie rock band from Toccoa, Georgia, formed in the early 1990s. Initially known as The Shroud, they changed their name to Luxury before signing with Tooth & Nail Records and releasing their debut album, "Amazing And Thankyou," in 1995. The band gained recognition for their unique sound and thought-provoking lyrics, which often explored themes of faith and personal struggle. In late 1995, while on tour, Luxury was involved in a severe van accident that resulted in most of the members being hospitalized. After a year-long hiatus, they returned to the music scene with their second album, "The Latest & The Greatest," in 1996. Over the years, Luxury has released several albums, including "Health And Sport" in 2005 and "Trophies" in 2015. Notably, three of the band's members—Lee Bozeman, Jamey Bozeman, and Chris Foley—have become Eastern Orthodox priests, serving in the Orthodox Church in America. Despite these personal transformations, Luxury continues to create and perform music, blending their spiritual journeys with their artistic expressions.
