About
HORSE the Band is an American metalcore band from Lake Forest, California, formed in 1998. They are known for their 8-bit video game-influenced sound combined with metalcore, a style frontman Nathan Winneke humorously referred to as "Nintendocore." The band has released several albums, including "R. Borlax" (2003) and "The Mechanical Hand" (2005).
