The Hair & Skin Trading Company was a British alternative rock band formed in 1991 by former Loop members Neil Mackay and John Wills, along with guitarist Nigel Webb. Their music spanned genres such as post-punk, shoegaze, and experimental rock. They released their debut album, 'Jo in Nine G Hell,' in 1992 and performed at venues like CBGB's in New York and the Roskilde Festival in Denmark. The band disbanded in 1995 after releasing their fourth album, 'I Don't Know Where You Get Those Funny Ideas From.'
