Good Boy Daisy
About
Good Boy Daisy is an American alt-pop duo from Scottsdale, Arizona, formed in 2015 by identical twin sisters Hallie and Dylinn Mayes. Raised on a steady diet of '90s grunge, they began their musical journey by playing the video game Rock Band, with Dylinn on guitar and Hallie on drums. Their early influences included Alice In Chains and Soundgarden, but as they explored vinyl records, they discovered modern indie favorites like alt-J and Matchbox Twenty. This blend of influences shaped their unique sound, combining pop hooks with alt-rock riffs. In 2020, Good Boy Daisy released their debut single, "Grey," produced by Nick Anderson of The Wrecks. The song showcased their edgy, catchy style and marked the beginning of their professional music career. Since then, they've continued to release music and perform live, gaining recognition for their energetic performances and distinctive sound. As of March 2026, they remain active, with upcoming tour dates scheduled for April 2026, including performances in Los Angeles and Portland.
