Frozen Charlotte is the project of Madison, WI-based multimedia artist Sigra DeWeese. Blending DeWeese's signature airy coloratura vocals with heavy, hardcore-infused production and a catchy pop sensibility, the project boasts a dynamic sound for fans of Lung, Deftones, and Poppy. Often performing as a live band with various local musicians including Elliot Jewell, Quintin Bovre, Riley Rentfro, and Olivia Curran, Frozen Charlotte has gained significant traction in the Wisconsin underground scene. Since its debut in early 2024, the act has earned critical acclaim and multiple WAMI nominations, including Pop-Alternative Artist and Female Vocalist of the Year.
