About
Franklin Jonas & The Byzantines is a musical project led by artist and songwriter Franklin Jonas. Inspired by the resilience of the Roman Empire, the project is themed around the concept of survival, reinvention, and rebuilding after a collapse. The band's sound is characterized by a blend of traditional roots, folk, and Americana instrumentation paired with modern synthesizer textures, creating a style that feels both timeless and contemporary.
