farewell moonlight

About

Farewell Moonlight is an alternative rock and post-punk project formed by brothers James and David Webb. Based in Wisconsin and active within the Milwaukee underground scene, the duo's music is noted for its lyrically descriptive world-building, grungy guitar work, and intricate drumming. Their sound often draws comparisons to 'The Bends'-era Radiohead, blending staccato riffs with insistent, evocative vocals that explore themes of emotional isolation, pain, and healing. The band released their sophomore album, 'Violence,' in July 2025, which features the single 'Anhedonia.'
