About
Counterfeit Goods is a four-piece punk band originally formed in Oxford, Ohio, in 2025. The group consists of members Nick Hebe (vocals), Jack Nuttal (drums, vocals), James Crouch (guitar), and Dennis Durham (electric bass guitar). Drawing from diverse musical backgrounds including Rockabilly, Indie, Soul, Ska, and Jazz, the band members united to create high-energy protest music. They released their debut EP, 'Genuine Bads,' on September 27, 2025, featuring tracks like 'Torch the Rich' and 'When in Roam.' While rooted in Ohio, the band has become a staple of the Midwest underground scene, frequently performing in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where they have been recognized as a 'popular local' act by regional rock media.
