Cash Box Kings

About

The Cash Box Kings are an American blues band co-led by Chicago blues vocalist Oscar Wilson and Madison-based harmonica player Joe Nosek. They specialize in Chicago-style blues from the 1940s and 1950s, as well as Delta blues from the 1920s and 1930s. Their music features gritty vocals, powerful harmonica, and original songs that pay homage to traditional blues while bringing it into the present.
