About

Bound In Steel is a traditional heavy metal band based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Established around 2023, the group is known for their focus on classic metal aesthetics and a sound that pays homage to the NWOBHM and speed metal era. They describe themselves as being 'forged in truth and bound by fire.' The band is an active participant in the Wisconsin underground metal scene, frequently appearing on bills with regional blackened death metal and noise-punk acts such as Bloodthrall, Violent Vapor, and Noise. Their presence is centered in the Fox Valley region, often performing at local mainstays like Recoil Bar & Grill.
