Bottlerocket

About

Teenage Bottlerocket (often referred to simply as Bottlerocket) is an American punk rock band formed in Laramie, Wyoming, in 2000 by twin brothers Ray and Brandon Carlisle. Influenced by the Ramones and Screeching Weasel, the band is a cornerstone of the 'Ramones-core' and skate punk subgenres. Though based in Wyoming, they have a deep connection to the Milwaukee and Wisconsin underground music scene, frequently headlining at venues like The Rave and Cactus Club, and maintaining a close relationship with Milwaukee-based media like the Milwaukee Record. Following the tragic death of drummer Brandon Carlisle in 2015, the band continued with Darren Chewka, releasing several more acclaimed albums on labels like Fat Wreck Chords and Pirates Press Records.
