About
Blood Storm was an underground black metal band from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, active during the mid-1990s. The group was a significant part of the early United States Black Metal (USBM) scene, primarily recognized for their 1995 demo tape titled 'The Northern Ritual.' The band was led by Mephisto Deleterious, who later relocated to Pennsylvania and formed the more widely known occult thrash/black metal band Bloodstorm. Because of this shared lineage and similar name, the Milwaukee-based Blood Storm is often cited as the direct precursor or the initial incarnation of the Pennsylvania project.
