Big Boy is a prominent hardcore band originating from San Jose, California, and a key figure in the "Real Bay Shit" (RBS) hardcore scene. Fronted by vocalist Brandon, the band is known for an aggressive, rap-influenced "ignorant" hardcore sound. They rose to underground fame following their 2019 demonstration and subsequent releases on the Daze record label, including the 2025 EP "Love Songs." The band has a significant presence in the Austin, Texas underground scene, frequently performing at the "Not So Fun Weekend" festival, and is heavily associated with Milwaukee/WI underground music through sold-out performances at venues like X-Ray Arcade while touring with acts such as Angel Du$t and Bad Beat.
