2004 - 2014About
Beneath the Sky was a technical metalcore band from Cincinnati, Ohio, formed in 2004 from the remnants of local acts Blind Judgment and Makeshyft. Signed to Victory Records in 2006, the band became a significant name in the mid-2000s heavy music scene, distinguished by their aggressive breakdowns and the unique inclusion of a keytar. They released three full-length albums: 'What Demons Do to Saints' (2007), 'The Day The Music Died' (2008), and 'In Loving Memory' (2010). The band underwent several lineup changes and a brief hiatus in 2008 before reuniting and eventually playing a final farewell show in Covington, Kentucky, in September 2014.
