Bell Past/Present Employee Super Group

About

Bell is a Milwaukee-based instrumental experimental trio featuring prominent members of the local underground scene: Nicholas Elert, Chris Rosenau, and Jon Mueller. Often humorously billed as the 'Bell Past/Present Employee Super Group' due to the members' shared history working together in various musical capacities and at the Bell Tower studio, the group is a 'supergroup' of the Wisconsin indie-experimental world. Members are also known for their work in influential projects like Pele, Collections of Colonies of Bees, and Volcano Choir. Their sound is defined by intricate, polyrhythmic guitar work, dense layering, and avant-garde percussion.
