Anna Cwalina is a bicultural teacher, artist, ceremonialist, and mother dedicated to amplifying the voices silenced by the systems of oppression. Based in the Riverwest neighborhood of Milwaukee, she facilitates healing rituals, language classes, workshops, and creative expression with individuals and communities. Her poetry and artistic work examine themes of rootedness in the natural world, living outside of cultures, motherhood, loss, memory, and being a witness to violence and destruction.
